QUICKSURFACE at TCT Asia 2026 — Driving Real Scan-to-CAD Workflows Forward

QUICKSURFACE, TCT Asia 2026

A Strong First Presence in China

QUICKSURFACE made its first exhibition appearance in China at TCT Asia 2026 — China’s definitive 3D printing exhibition and industrial additive manufacturing event — marking an important step in expanding its global presence. The event brought focused discussions around digital manufacturing, 3D scanning, and practical reverse engineering. Throughout the exhibition, QUICKSURFACE demonstrated how modern Scan-to-CAD workflows address real engineering challenges and deliver production-ready results.

At the Orange3D booth, we showed how QUICKSURFACE fits into real-world applications. We demonstrated how engineers convert raw scan data into precise, manufacturable CAD models within a structured and reliable workflow. By combining robotics, AI, and Scan-to-CAD processes, we presented a complete solution aligned with how modern engineering teams operate.

Meaningful Conversations with Engineers

Throughout the event, we engaged in valuable discussions with engineers, partners, and industry professionals. These conversations consistently highlighted a key challenge: scan data alone does not deliver engineering value. Engineers need tools that help them rebuild design intent and produce clean, production-ready CAD models.

QUICKSURFACE addresses this need by providing a focused and efficient path from scan data to engineering geometry, enabling users to move forward with confidence.

Strengthening the Partner Ecosystem

The event created a valuable opportunity to reconnect and collaborate with key partners across the 3D scanning ecosystem. Flexible scanning workflows were explored with Revopoint 3D, while high-accuracy industrial applications were discussed with SHINING 3D. Practical manufacturing workflows and large-format production use cases were addressed together with Creality, and metrology-driven applications were a key focus in collaboration with SCANOLOGY. At the same time, discussions with AESUB reinforced how proper scan preparation directly impacts final accuracy.

These collaborations demonstrate how strong partnerships create complete solutions. By combining advanced scanning technologies with QUICKSURFACE, we help engineers move efficiently from raw scan data to precise, manufacturable CAD models.

Collaboration with Orange3D

We thank Orange3D for hosting QUICKSURFACE and for the strong collaboration throughout the event. Their integration of robotics, AI, and engineering workflows created a powerful environment to showcase how connected technologies solve real industrial challenges.

Looking Ahead

TCT Asia 2026 confirmed a clear direction for the industry. Engineering teams expect integrated, application-driven workflows that connect data capture directly to manufacturing.

QUICKSURFACE continues to focus on delivering exactly that.

We thank everyone who visited, shared insights, and contributed to making this event a success. We look forward to continuing these conversations and building what comes next together.
