FORMNEXT 2025: QUICKSURFACE 2026 Launch, New Partnerships, Real Workflows

FORMNEXT 2025 was a milestone for QUICKSURFACE.
Frankfurt became the stage for the world premiere of QUICKSURFACE 2026, the announcement of new strategic partnerships, and dozens of deep conversations with engineers about real reverse-engineering projects.

QUICKSURFACE 2026 debuts at FORMNEXT

From the very first morning, our stand in Hall 12.1 — F21 stayed busy.

FORMNEXT was the first place where visitors could see QUICKSURFACE 2026 live.

Throughout the week, engineers:

  • Explored the new capabilities in QUICKSURFACE 2026
  • Brought their own scan data and tested scan-to-CAD workflows with our team
  • Asked detailed questions about accuracy, tolerances, and downstream CAD workflows
  • Learned how to turn noisy scan meshes into clean, manufacturable CAD models

We met people working on everything from automotive and industrial parts to custom products and research projects. Many arrived with specific challenges; together we walked through practical ways to solve them in QUICKSURFACE.

We are grateful to everyone who visited the stand, shared their projects, and gave us feedback on how QUICKSURFACE supports their daily work.

From 3D Scan to Smart Creation with REVOPOINT

One of the highlights of the week was our joint live session with REVOPOINT.

Kostadin Vrantzaliev joined the REVOPOINT booth to present:

“From 3D Scan to Smart Creation — Live at FORMNEXT”

During the session, he showed how QUICKSURFACE:

  • Follows workflows that reflect real engineering requirements, not just demo scenarios
  • Uses high-quality 3D scans from REVOPOINT scanners
  • Rebuilds them into precise, manufacturable CAD models

After the live demo, an open Q&A session gave visitors the chance to dive deeper into topics like reverse-engineering strategy, deviation control, feature-based modelling, and how QUICKSURFACE data flows into downstream CAD systems.

A big thank-you to the REVOPOINT team and to everyone who joined us for the session and the discussion that followed.

Global strategic partnership with Creality

Day 3 at FORMNEXT brought another major moment for QUICKSURFACE.

We officially announced a global strategic partnership with Creality.

By combining:

  • Creality’s advanced 3D scanning technology, and
  • QUICKSURFACE’s professional reverse-engineering software

we are delivering a complete scan-to-CAD solution to users around the world.

This integrated workflow is designed to:

  • Speed up high-quality 3D reconstruction
  • Make reverse engineering more consistent and repeatable
  • Bring robust scan-to-CAD capabilities to more engineers, creators, and manufacturers

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to innovation, precision, and practical tools that support real projects, not just test parts.

Powered by our partners and reseller community

FORMNEXT is never just about one stand. It’s about the ecosystem.

This year, we were proud to see QUICKSURFACE actively demonstrated at the stands of our partners:

They didn’t just show scanners. They showed complete scan-to-CAD workflows — with QUICKSURFACE as the reverse-engineering engine at the centre.

Your support helped visitors see how professional reverse engineering fits into real-world processes, from scanning all the way to production.

We were also delighted to meet so many of our resellers and friends in person, including:

SMARTTECH 3D, GreMa 3D, Protech, Algona GmbH, TetraVision, AESUB, Lukas Heizmann, and Andrea Pirazzini from Help 3D.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared their projects, and trusted QUICKSURFACE in their workflows. Meeting face-to-face is always a great opportunity to exchange ideas and explore new ways to work together.

What’s next

QUICKSURFACE team left Frankfurt inspired and energised by the community around us — engineers, partners, resellers, and creators who push 3D scanning and reverse engineering forward every day.

If you couldn’t attend FORMNEXT this year, you can still explore what we presented:
